Shipping

Your order will ship within 3 business days of purchase unless you are purchasing a handcrafted item.  These are made at time of purchase.  Handcrafted items will ship in 2 business weeks of purchase date.   Please keep in mind these pieces are made to order.  If you are purchasing multiple items that include in-stock items as well as handcrafted items all items will ship together in the 2 business week time-frame.  You can make a separate purchase to insure in-stock items are sent in the 3 business day time-frame.

Your package will be shipped ground on United States Post Office.

How do I track my order?

Feel free to contact us and we will provide a USPS tracking number that you can enter on the official USPS website.

You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped.

Return/Exchange Policy

There are NO REFUNDS on t-shirts supporting non-profits or charities.  Only exchanges with-in our exchange policy can be made.  Please see below.

Our return/exchange policy is limited to 14 DAYS of receipt.  No refunds will be issued until the product has been fully returned.  As some in-stock products are limited quantities you may receive a store credit for exchanges if your item is no longer available.

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

  • If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.

  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.

  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted for return or exchange.

In the event you would like to exchange your product, please email hello-refined@3bluecrows.com within 14 days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number and fill out the Exchange Form that came mailed in your order.

Attention to design, materials, and construction is of utmost importance to 3 Blue Crows my team of creatives carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Our policy is to fix a mistake with your order if one has been made.  Therefore, upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any mistake as soon as possible.

Packages must be prepaid & insured for your own protection. We do not accept exchanges that are not shipped in protective packaging, as the items will most likely be crushed in transit.

Do I pay for return shipping?

For an items that have arrived damaged, we will refund return shipping costs incurred during the process if shipping insurance has been purchase.   For incorrect shipments we will refund shipping costs incurred during the process.

Customers will be responsible for shipping on all exchanges & returns

Any items returned outside of this process may be denied.
